What does each ticket status mean in TicketLab?

In our Agent Dashboard, we have a few status fields for client tickets, each with a special function.

All pending tickets. – In this section all pending tickets are shown from all support people. A pending ticket is one that has been updated by the agent and is waiting for a client reply.

My pending tickets – In this section, you will be able to see all of your personal pending tickets.

Unassigned tickets –  Displays all unassigned tickets. Use the ‘Change Assignee’ button to easily assign a ticket, or several at a time, to yourself.

Recently updated tickets – In this section you’ll find all tickets that were updated recently by your clients, in chronological order.
