Does TicketLab assign unique ticket ID's?

The answer is definitely  Yes!
When you submit a ticket, it automatically gets an ID number, for example, #75, the next ticket will get #76 and so on.

If you want to delete or close this ticket, for example, the ticket with ID #75, then this id number will not be used by another ticket ever again.

Every ticket gets a unique ID, from 1 to how many tickets your support will get.
